A wellbeing assessment goes wrong at the same point almost every time. The worker has a form, the form has fields, and the conversation becomes a process of filling them. At the end there is a document that describes a person's deficits in some detail and says almost nothing about what makes their life worth living.
This module is about the other way of doing it, which takes no longer and produces something usable.
How this module works Read the content straight through. It takes most people around an hour. Then complete the quiz at the end. You need 80% to pass, and your certificate appears on screen immediately. The quiz is open book, there is no time limit, and you can reattempt as many times as you need.
Scope This module covers assessing a person's wellbeing and reviewing it. It does not go into depth on promoting each domain of wellbeing, which is its own body of practice.
This is not clinical training. It does not cover clinical risk assessment or suicide risk assessment, both of which require separate specific training and sit within your organisation's clinical protocols.
Your employer's assessment tools and policies are the operational authority for how you assess and record wellbeing at work.
