If you deliver aged care qualifications, two separate regulatory frameworks changed within four months of each other. The 2025 Standards for RTOs commenced 1 July 2025 and changed how you must evidence quality. The Aged Care Act 2024 commenced 1 November 2025 and changed the industry your graduates are entering.
The second one is the more dangerous for an RTO, because it is silent. Nothing about your registration changes when an industry reforms, but your materials quietly stop describing the world your students will work in, and your industry currency evidence quietly stops being current.
